Aimée Burke, MBA, is a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager at PROS, recognized as a 2023 President’s Club Honoree. With a strong background in customer success, Aimée has effectively managed multi-million dollar partnerships and has driven upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Previous roles at PROS include Customer Success Manager for Key Accounts and for EMEA & North America, where Aimée built strategic relationships and understood client business goals to provide tailored solutions.
