Ashly Govea

Ashly Govea has a background in leadership and event coordination, with experience as the Events Coordinator and President of the Association of Information Technology Professionals at the University of Houston. In the role of President, Ashly oversaw meetings, event planning, and communications with university officials, contributing to the organization winning the College of Technology 2021 Outstanding Student Organization Award. Ashly has also worked as an Implementation Consultant at PROS and as a Student Worker at the University of Houston Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, providing assistance to students and maintaining confidentiality. Ashly holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Houston.
