Clay Cutshall

Clay Cutshall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer experience within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Principal Product Manager and Global Practices Director at PROS since April 2001, Clay focuses on developing best practices for Professional Services to enhance customer value and streamline data transformation processes. Previous roles at PROS include Director of Technology and Training, where leadership was provided to create tailored technical solutions and training programs, as well as Regional Customer Experience and Engagement Director, where Clay built a strong team dedicated to customer success in the ANZ region. An expert in pricing and revenue management, Clay has contributed to significant projects, including implementing solutions for major airlines and has provided advisory insights for MESS HALL. Clay holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a BBA in International Business from The George Washington University.
