Diane Rohrbach

Diane Rohrbach is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and management. Currently serving as Manager of Accounting - Financial Reporting at PROS since December 2014, Diane oversees consolidation, intercompany invoicing, and statutory accounting for PROS France S. A., while also managing ERP implementation and M&A integration. Previous roles include General Ledger Accountant at Liberty Lift Solutions LLC, Accounting Projects Lead at BMW Financial Services, and various auditing positions at KPMG France, where Diane gained expertise in statutory audits and compliance with IFRS and French GAAP. Diane holds a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, and Audit from EM Strasbourg Business School.
