Ilissa Usher

Ilissa Usher is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in resource management and operations analysis. Currently at PROS since April 2021, Usher has held multiple roles, including Sr Resource Management Operations Analyst and Resource Management Operations Analyst. Previous positions include Multi-Unit Team Leader at H&R Block and Regional Assistant at Old Navy, where Usher drove execution of company initiatives and generated business reports for numerous regions and districts. At Charming Charlie, Usher excelled as a Human Resources Executive Assistant and Community Outreach Coordinator, facilitating training classes and achieving event sales goals. Notable earlier roles include Assistant Store Manager at White House Black Market and Michael Kors, as well as Store Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch, where Usher effectively managed and trained teams to exceed sales targets.
