Jason Knape

Jason Knape is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer support and business operations, currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Support at PROS since February 2008. In this role, Jason leads a high-performing organization focused on various functions including Training & Certifications, Customer Experience, and Migrations. Previous roles at PROS include Senior Director positions in Customer Support, Customer Success, and Customer Experience and Engagement, emphasizing resource management and revenue tracking. Jason has also held directorial positions in Global Training, Enablement, and Migrations, as well as a managerial role in Business Operations. Additionally, Jason is an At-Large City Council Member for the City of Fulshear since May 2022 and previously worked at Penreco as a Data Integrity Coordinator. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin.
