Jen Uschold is an experienced communications leader currently serving as the Chief of Staff for Marketing at PROS since May 2020, and previously held the position of Senior Internal and Executive Communications Lead. Prior to joining PROS, Jen worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center as Associate Director of Strategic Communications from August 2018 to May 2020. Jen's career includes significant roles in internal communications at Centrica and Direct Energy, where strong focus was placed on connecting remote employees and enhancing corporate culture. Jen began the professional journey as a Marketing Manager at multiple organizations, with early experience at the International Facility Management Association as Sales Manager. Jen holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Public Relations from Stephen F. Austin State University.
