Maritza F.

Maritza F. is an experienced project manager and consultant with a strong background in implementation, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as a project manager and implementation consultant at PROS, Maritza is dedicated to driving direct channel growth and enhancing customer service. Maritza also hosts and produces the Mujeres eXtraordinarias Podcast, which focuses on promoting gender equality through the stories of Latina women. Previous roles include managing projects at EveryMundo, serving as a consultant for the National Bahá'í Community of Ecuador, and various positions at DHL, where Maritza implemented global HR initiatives and managed learning and development programs. Maritza holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Psychology of Excellence in Business and Education and specialized training in Gender Studies and Human Resources Management.
