Michael Pham

Michael Pham serves as Technology Counsel at PROS since September 2023, after a decade-long tenure as Of Counsel at Winstead PC, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Prior experience includes roles as a Student Attorney in the Transactional Law Clinic at the University of Houston Law Center and a Summer Associate at Winstead PC, as well as a Law Clerk at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where representation involved financial institutions and industrial manufacturers in litigation. Earlier, Michael Pham completed an internship with Chief Judge Marvin Isgur at the United States Bankruptcy Court. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from The University of Texas at Austin.
