Norm Cadsawan

Norm Cadsawan serves as the Director of Product Management at PROS since July 2020, following a distinguished career in various leadership roles in product management and strategy. Previous positions include Director of Product Strategy at Oracle, where Norm developed cloud-based operational solutions, and Sr. Director of Product Management at InComm Digital Solutions, leading a team for digital payments. Norm also held significant roles at Sage, including Sr. Director of Product Management and Director of Strategy and Business Development, focusing on cloud and mobile software solutions as well as M&A opportunities. An earlier role at Fiserv Corp involved managing key financial service accounts, and a position at Intel Corporation focused on delivering software for new processor releases. Norm Cadsawan holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a Minor in Economics from Case Western Reserve University.
