Rita Hoffman

Rita Hoffman is an experienced legal professional with a background in corporate paralegal work and compliance administration. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at PROS since November 2012, Rita has developed extensive expertise in corporate governance and compliance. Prior to this role, Rita worked as a Corporate Governance Paralegal at Cooper Industries from April 2008 to November 2012 and held a compliance position at Saracen Energy from October 2006 to March 2008, where responsibilities included legal and compliance administration in the hedge fund energy trading sector. Rita began their career as a Compliance Analyst at Lyondell Chemical Company from November 2004 to October 2006. Rita holds a degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and Kennedy-Western University.
