Shinu Thomas

Shinu Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and implementation roles. Currently serving as a Customer Solution Owner at PROS since June 2019, Shinu specializes in analyzing client business strategies, defining system architecture requirements, and leading the implementation of solutions such as PROS Control, PROS Smart CPQ, and PROS Agreement. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Infosys as a Senior Implementation Consultant and Technology Lead, where responsibilities revolved around development, operational support, and incident management. Earlier career roles include positions as a Software Engineer and Technical Evangelist at Technovations Software Private Limited and a Lecturer at Vidya Vikas Institute of Engineering and Technology.
