Tara Callanan

Tara Callanan (Hoban) is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and corporate governance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Managing Counsel EMEA at PROS since October 2014, Tara has a strong background in negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts across multiple regions, including EMEA, APAC, and AMER. Prior to PROS, Tara worked as Legal Counsel at Asset Control from August 2010 to August 2014, where legal advisory responsibilities encompassed all aspects of the company’s operations. Earlier experience includes seven years as a Corporate Solicitor at William Fry, specializing in corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Tara holds a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies from University College Dublin and completed legal training at the Law Society of Ireland.
