Velko Penev

Velko Penev is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at PROS since June 2022. Prior to this role, Velko worked as an HR Generalist at TIS from October 2020 to May 2022 and as an Agile HR Generalist at QaiWare from February 2018 to September 2020. Velko's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Talent Hunter and a Supervisor at Inditex, where responsibilities encompassed team management, training, and sales operations. Velko began the HR career with internships at TNT and Manpower Bulgaria. Velko holds a Master’s Degree in Brand Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, both from New Bulgarian University.
