William Luu

William Luu, PMP, is an experienced project manager specializing in customer success and implementation across multiple industries. Since January 2019, William has held various roles at PROS, including Customer Success Manager, Customer Delivery Manager, and Sr. Project Manager, focusing on the implementation of AI-driven pricing optimization, price management, and CPQ solutions. Prior to PROS, William served as Implementation Project Manager at DHS Group, where responsibilities included population health analytics and integrated partner solutions. William's experience also includes a role at Epic, implementing electronic health care systems for major health providers, and a position as a Geophysicist at Halliburton, monitoring hydraulic fracturing processes. An early career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs provided exposure to domestic IPOs and equities. William holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geosystems Engineering and Hydrogeology from The University of Texas at Austin.
