Dawn Penny

Dawn Penny has extensive work experience in human resources. Dawn currently holds the position of HR & Crewing Director at Prosafe since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at KCA Deutag for over a decade starting from 2010. During their time at KCA Deutag, they held various HR leadership roles, including Group Head of HR, Head of HR - BU Operations, Head of HR - Offshore & RDS, Head of HR - RDS, and HR Team Leader. Their roles at KCA Deutag spanned from 2010 to 2020.

Dawn Penny obtained a CIPD degree in Human Resources from North East Scotland College, during the years 1992 to 1996.
