Chrisostom Bwemo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chrisostom started their career as a Call Centre Representative at MultiChoice Tanzania in 2015, where they managed and resolved customer complaints. Chrisostom then moved on to work as a Sponsorship Facilitator & Survey Assistant at World Vision Tanzania from 2012 to 2014, where they collected data for various surveys. In 2016, they joined Maxcom Africa as a Business Development Manager, where they participated in the proposal preparation and implementation of a financial inclusion project. In 2018, they worked briefly as a Customer Consultant at Humaniq before joining BLUEFIN SOLUTIONS (T) LIMITED as the Director of Operations, where they led a project team in providing support services for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline project. In 2020, they joined proSapient as a Consultant, conducting market research and providing insights on payment systems in Tanzania. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, they worked at Extent Corporate Advisory as a Data / Reporting Manager and Project Team Lead for the EACOP project, respectively, overseeing data management, reporting, and providing assistance to project-affected persons.

Chrisostom Bwemo attended the University of Dodoma from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration. Chrisostom achieved an Upper Second with Hons in their degree program during this time.
