Hien Luong

Hien Luong is an experienced HR Specialist at Pro Services, Inc., with a focus on HR process management, employee retention programs, benefits administration, and recruitment. Since December 2014, Hien has managed day-to-day HR activities, including new hire orientations, employee benefits management, and compliance with the Affordable Care Act. Prior experience as a Recruiter involved full-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation. Hien holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, all obtained from Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
