Deshou Cao

Deshou Cao is a Product Development Manager and Senior Scientist at ProSci Incorporated, where they manage the development of various products, including antibodies and proteins. With a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from SIU School of Medicine, Deshou has extensive experience in neuroscience, particularly in pain mechanisms, ion channels, and neural circuits. Previously, Deshou served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of California, San Diego, where they made significant discoveries regarding pheromone sensory neurons and their role in reproductive behavior. Deshou has also held positions as a lecturer at China Medical University and as a QA/QC Lead at ProSci, demonstrating a strong foundation in both education and research.
