Sr Quality Manager at Proscia

Barbara Young has extensive work experience in the field of quality management. Barbara began their career at Ethicon EndoSurgery in 2005, where they served as a Black Belt Quality Engineer. In this role, they led six-sigma programs and successfully executed projects to improve design, manufacturing, and systems performance while reducing costs.

In 2008, Barbara joined CR Bard as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they worked until 2012.

From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Medrobotics as a Principal Quality Engineer. In this role, they led risk management activities, overhauled the quality system, and spearheaded validation planning for a complex medical device robot under development.
