Previously, Matt has held various roles in HR and facilities management, including positions at TOMS and Skybound Entertainment, where they managed recruitment processes and facilities operations. Matt began their career with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Loyola Marymount University, complemented by diverse experience across multiple industries, cultivating expertise at the intersection of people, operations, and culture.
