Eric Spaulding

Eric Spaulding is an experienced professional in management and operations, currently serving as General Manager for Prosegur in Colorado since January 2024. Previously, Eric held the position of District Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from May 2019 to January 2023, where significant district growth was achieved, expanding the workforce from 45 to 230 employees and revenue from $1.7 million to $5 million. Eric has also contributed to Southglenn Country Club as a Board of Directors member and head of multiple committees, enhancing membership and financial performance. A strong foundation in operations was established through roles at Occasions Catering of Denver, where Eric progressed to Director of Operations, and earlier experience included leadership positions at College Works Painting and Cold Stone Creamery. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.
