Jamar Austin

Jamar Austin is an accomplished security executive with extensive experience in the security services industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Prosegur since November 2024, Jamar previously held the position of Area Vice President at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from December 2015 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading a rebuild strategy focused on operational efficiency and profitability. Prior roles at Securitas include District Manager, overseeing a turnaround of an $8M physical security portfolio, and Director of Safety and Security, tasked with overhauling safety protocols at a large residential property. Jamar also served as Associate Director at AlliedBarton Security Services, supporting operations for a high-profile luxury building. Jamar holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from California Coast University and completed the Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
