Jon Dively, Jr. serves as the District Security Manager for Caterpillar Inc. and Prosegur, focusing on security operations and policy implementation. With extensive experience in law enforcement, Jon held various leadership roles within the Illinois State Police for over 26 years, culminating as Captain-Troop 4 Commander, overseeing 11 counties and managing more than 60 personnel. Additionally, Jon has been the Farm Manager of a 400-acre family farm since childhood and co-owns Nostalgia Decor And Gifts, where responsibilities include maintenance and security oversight. Jon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Studies from Cornell College between 1988 and 1992.
