Kat Johnston

Kat Johnston serves as the Sr. Director of HRIS & Compensation at Prosegur, having held this position since 2021. Johnston has successfully led the transition of HR systems, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and significant cost savings. In addition, Johnston has utilized AI for HR analytics to identify trends in employee data. Previously, as Director of HRIS, Johnston implemented a new background screening vendor, achieving substantial cost reductions and improved compliance. Prior experience includes various HR technology and analytics roles at AutoNation and Sheridan Healthcorp, contributing to the implementation of multiple systems and enhancing the overall employee lifecycle.
