Valentín Centurion is the Gerente de Fidelización at Prosegur Alarms, focused on designing and implementing customer-centered strategies that enhance retention, reduce churn, and create long-term value. Valentín has prior experience as a Supervisor at Cidesa and has held various roles at Prosegur, including Coordinador del Call Center and Jefe de Calidad & Procesos.
