Ewen MacLean

Ewen has over 25 years of broad industry experience and has been involved with Proserv since 2010, first as an independent commercial advisor and latterly as the Vice President, Commercial since 2018. In his current role, Ewen leads the company’s proposals function, and its overseas partnerships, and supports the delivery of the growth strategy through M&A activities and the pivot into digital and renewables markets.

Prior to joining Proserv, Ewen’s career centered around organizations going through periods of significant change, from new market entry and supporting accelerated growth to improving the commerciality and operational effectiveness of an international airport and oil and gas shipping and logistics terminals.
