Mark Fraser

Mark is an FCCA-qualified accountant with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across multiple functions within the energy sector. As Proserv CFO, Mark is primarily responsible for providing financial and strategic support to the global operations, commercial and sales executives, whilst retaining overall accountability for the creation and execution of Proserv’s financial, legal, and IT support function strategies.

After qualifying in 2004 whilst working in public practice, Mark spent seven years in international roles with Baker Hughes, where he oversaw business and finance function transformations in Europe, North Africa, and North America, before returning to the UK in 2013. Since then, Mark has supported private equity firms to build and execute their portfolio strategies and most recently spent three years as CEO of an international engineering company.
