Morag has 20 years of HR generalist experience in the energy industry and has been with Proserv since 2018. Morag leads Proserv’s global team of HR professionals in the delivery of all generalist HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, compensation & benefits, change management, and learning & development, while delivering against the HR strategy. A champion of engagement and culture, Morag is helping to build and foster a culture of trust across Proserv, encouraging open and transparent communication across the organization, and helping employees to understand and live the Proserv FRESH values through effective programs that promote engagement.
Prior to joining Proserv, Morag held a number of senior HR roles at Wood, Subsea 7 and Technip FMC.
