Simon Harvey

Simon Harvey has over 20 years of experience in various operational roles across two industry sectors, Energy and Automotive, and is now Proserv’s VP of QHSE. Simon is driving continuous improvement across the organization with a focus on problem-solving, process alignment and delivering proactive safety initiatives in support of the goal to deliver products and services on time, right first time, every time all while ensuring that everyone gets home safe, every day.

He first joined the company as Procurement Manager in 2015 before subsequently taking on the roles of General Manager (Artemis House, Great Yarmouth), Director of Supply Chain and Operations (subsea controls sites), and Director of Operational Improvement (all Sites). Previously, Simon spent two years in a supply chain role at McLaren Automotive, the road car division of the McLaren Group. Earlier in his career, Simon held various positions at Lotus Cars Ltd across manufacturing engineering, logistics, production and material planning, and ERP.
