Mark Cummings

Mark Cummings has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as a Project Director at Proservartner, which they began in June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director at Nouveau Dynamique from July 2018 to May 2021. Mark also held various positions at Proservartner, including Director of Consulting from December 2015 to January 2018 and HR & Transformation Director from December 2015 to January 2018. Before joining Proservartner, Mark worked at CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc as an HRM Functional Manager and HRO Solution Architect. Mark also has experience working at Xchanging, Murray and Roberts Group, BAE Systems, Accenture, GOLD FIELDS, and A&P Group Limited in various HR management positions. Mark's expertise lies in HR strategy, talent management, recruitment, performance management, and business process re-engineering.

Mark Cummings has a diverse education history. Mark obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy from Northumbria University, which they attended from 2000 to 2002. Prior to this, they completed a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from the same university, from 1996 to 1997. Before that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Information Technology at Northumbria University from 1995 to 1996.

Mr. Cummings also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Applied Psychology & International Relations, which they earned from the University of the Witwatersrand, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, they completed their secondary education at Christian Brothers College from 1972 to 1981.

In terms of additional certifications, Mark Cummings has obtained several qualifications in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) from UiPath, including RPA Business Analyst, RPA Implementation Methodology, RPA Solution Architect, and UI Path Security. Mark is also certified as a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation certification. Furthermore, they have certifications in external programs such as PRINCE 2 Practitioner and RCDA Certified Solution Architect Practitioner.
