Mihae Ahn

VP Of Marketing at ProServeIT

Mihae Ahn, MBA, has a diverse background in marketing and management roles. Mihae currently serves as the VP of Marketing at ProServeIT, a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in cloud transformation and technology consulting. In this role, Mihae leads a marketing team and inside sales team, develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans, and designs long-term marketing strategies.

Prior to joining ProServeIT, Mihae was the VP of Marketing at LineZero, Workplace from Meta Partner, where they gained experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.

Mihae also has experience at Wyse Meter Solutions Inc., where they served as a Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator. In these roles, they created and managed corporate marketing plans, supervised marketing staff, organized customer events and trade shows, and managed relationships with marketing agencies and partners.

Earlier in their career, Mihae worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Grasshopper Energy, a Teaching Assistant at York University, and a Research Assistant at CERIS - The Ontario Metropolis Centre. Mihae also gained experience in production coordination roles at Martin Stuart, LTD., Active Frontier International, Inc., and as a Merchandising Intern at Tommy Hilfiger. Prior to that, Mihae worked as a Research Assistant at Bridger Conway, where they conducted market research and designed presentation materials for client meetings.

Mihae Ahn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master in Environmental Studies at York University from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Global Justice and Climate Change. Mihae completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Design & Management at Parsons, The New School for Design from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Mihae Ahn has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Mihae obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in February 2021. In July 2016, they earned a Certificate in Web Writing & Social Media Communication from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies. Mihae also holds a Certificate in Digital Marketing Management from the same institution, obtained in May 2015.

Further certifications include a Certificate in GHG Inventory, Accounting and Reporting from the University of Toronto in January 2013, and an Environmental Professional in Training certification from ECO Canada in the same month and year. Mihae Ahn also holds an Operator-in-Training (OIT) Certificate from the Ontario Water Wastewater Certification Office (OWWCO), obtained in November 2012.

Mihae pursued a Certificate in Translation - English and Korean from the School of Continuing Studies, University of Toronto in June 2011. Prior to that, in January 2010, they obtained an ITTT TESOL Certification from International TEFL Teacher Training. Lastly, in February 2009, they earned a WSET Level 2 Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits from WSET Awards: A division of the wine & spirit education trust limited.
