Roxy Tomacder is an award-winning communications leader with extensive experience in internal and external communications across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Communications Partner at ProService Hawaiʻi, Roxy strategically leads initiatives that connect organizational goals to employee experiences. Previously, Roxy held roles at SCAN Health Plan, King's Hawaiian, and Ulead Systems Inc, among others, implementing innovative communication strategies that significantly improved employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Roxy's education includes ongoing studies for a Master of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric at California State University, Long Beach.
