Robert Borzone

Robert Borzone is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Counsel at ProShare Advisors LLC since 2010, Robert has held significant roles at various prestigious firms, including Partner at Ropes & Gray LLP from 2007 to 2010, and Partner at K&L Gates LLP from 2005 to 2007. Prior to these positions, Robert was Counsel at Sidley Austin LLP from 1994 to 2005 and began a career in accounting as a Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1987 to 1991.
