Albert Jones

Albert J. currently serves as the IT Manager for End-User Experience at ProSites, where responsibilities include overseeing communication and support efforts for end-users, leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements through proactive systems monitoring. Previously, Albert J. worked at Omnitracs from November 2013 to March 2020 in various roles, including Technical Support Manager and Supervisor of IT Network Operations. Prior to that, Albert J. was a Staff Network Operations Specialist at Qualcomm from February 2000 to November 2013. Albert J. holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from San Diego Mesa College.
