Prosocia Housing is a values-led managing agent delivering high-quality, compliant supported accommodation for vulnerable adults across the UK.
Rooted in prosocial principles helping, supporting, and empowering others we work in partnership with Registered Providers, local authorities, support providers, and ethical landlords to create safe, stable, and person-centred homes. Our focus is on delivering not just a roof, but a foundation for recovery, independence, and dignity.
We deliver and manage supported housing schemes for people facing a range of challenges, including homelessness, domestic abuse, poor mental health, addiction, or community reintegration needs. Every property we manage meets or exceeds HMO and fire safety standards, and we ensure all placements are matched with robust tenancy support.
Our model includes:
Property sourcing, onboarding, and compliance management
Partnership working with experienced support providers
Rent setting and housing benefit compliance under the Exempt Accommodation rules
Repairs, maintenance, and health & safety oversight
Landlord liaison and lease management
Training, auditing, and quality assurance
We’re committed to tackling the misuse of exempt accommodation by setting a higher bar ensuring transparency, regulation-readiness, and genuine social value in everything we do.
Whether you're a support provider looking for housing, a landlord with property to offer, or a commissioner seeking ethical delivery partners. Prosocia Housing is ready to build with purpose.
