Prosono is a consulting firm of expert Social Impact Engineers. We partner with businesses, government entities, foundations, educators, nonprofits, and civil society to help our clients increase and accelerate their positive impact on humankind and the planet.

Prosono was founded by our CEO Jesus Salazar, an engineer with an ambitious goal. He wanted to find a way to use the methodological rigor and scientific precision of engineering to scale up positive social impact so organizations of all kinds would have the tools to improve the state of the world – while simultaneously achieving their financial and institutional goals.

Prosono was the result.

Prosono is an outcome-oriented, social impact consulting firm. We collaborate with clients to evaluate what’s working and create bespoke programs to help them achieve their social impact goals – all while working smarter, more efficiently and more effectively.

1. We’re experts at unlocking our clients’ social impact potential. We connect the dots to help our clients find new solutions to their unique problems… constantly evaluating, learning, adapting, and experimenting to achieve the best result.

2. We do “zero to social impact” faster, and better, than any other consulting firm. Our collaboration doesn’t end with one deliverable. We remain partners through implementation and beyond.

3. We’re determined to make our advice actionable. We push boundaries as transformers, catalysts, and accelerators. But ultimately, we’re doers. We partner with clients to make social impact real.

4. It’s possible to do well by doing good. We help clients thrive by adapting to evolving social standards of what “high performance” looks like. We help harmonize social impact and institutional goals.

5. We believe each client engagement should improve the world we share. That’s why we take our work so seriously. We know it matters.

Let's connect.
