Tracey Miles

Tracey Miles has over two decades of experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as a Talent Resourcer, Recruitment Coordinator, and Resource Coordinator at prosource.it since December 2011, Tracey is responsible for back office support related to personnel deployment and recruitment for various roles, including Helpdesk, Desktop Support, and Infrastructure Engineers. Prior to this, Tracey worked as an HR Advisor at Cornerstone from December 1992 to July 2011, where responsibilities included providing strategic HR support, developing policies, and managing HR generalist queries. Tracey holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University and a Certificate in Personnel Practice from North East Scotland College.
