Ms. McGrath oversees the financial operations of the company. She is an accomplished accounting/financial professional with 16 years of multi-industry, domestic, and global financial management and accounting experience. She has and track record of providing strategic leadership and direction, launching enterprise-wide financial controls and processes, and optimizing budget and plan performance. Her expertise includes developing and implementing best practices and control processes to ensure the financial integrity of our business and that of our clients. Ms. McGrath manages our ERP system, which is a project-based, integrated resource and budgeting system. Our project reporting and insights are key elements of ProSource’s client service. This system seamlessly integrates project controls while supporting complex and diverse accounting requirements and offering a myriad of reporting options. Ms. McGrath and her team provide accurate and timely information to project managers, so they can effectively serve our clients.
