ProSovereign Global is a social purpose business dedicated to the mission of remedying the inefficiencies of foreign investment to achieve better outcomes for Low and Middle Income Countries (LMICs). Our goal is to help LMICs gain a greater share of the economic, social, environmental, and institutional prosperity resulting from the development of their resources. To us, sustainable prosperity is a fundamental right of all. ProSovereign Global was created to help “level the playing field,” enabling people in LMICs to thrive, share the prosperity, and live lives that are safer and more secure.

ProSovereign Global fulfills its mission by providing LMICs and LMIC investors with the tools they need to get better outcomes from foreign investment. Our services include advisory, procurement support, project management, and capacity building, all designed to make sure public institutions are well-equipped to attract and manage sustainable, high-impact investments. We also support responsible private investors who want to enter emerging markets. We help them understand local contexts, navigate risks, and structure deals that are aligned with national development goals, reducing delays and setbacks, and increasing long-term success.

At its core, ProSovereign Global ensures that foreign investment delivers real value for both investors and the communities they serve, creating fairer deals, stronger public institutions, and more transparent, accountable development.
