Welcome to Prosp3r, a platform made by engineers for engineers! The service stands out by using a "person-to-person" approach, supported by AI, to connect engineers with companies who're passionate about Elixir, Erlang, Rust and Gleam. 

Our aim, for the benefit of both engineers and companies, is to empathetically and respectively, push convention, change the narrative, improve results and challenge authorities in order to disrupt the current architectural structure and beliefs of how talent searching is right now to how it should be and can be. 

Why are we called Prosper with a 3? Through our yearlong research, market analysis and many conducted focus groups we have managed to add our findings to our varied, collective 35 years of experience and knowledge of Elixir, Erlang, Rust and Gleam. From this we've concluded that offering 3 particular services will help all engineers to prosper by finding their next career opportunity.
