Paul Crick

Paul Crick is a seasoned professional in credit operations with extensive leadership experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Credit Operations at Prospa since October 2025, Paul previously held the position of Head of Credit Operations at ColCap Financial Group, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic and operational aspects of credit teams in Australia and Manila. Prior to ColCap, Paul was with Granite Home Loans as Senior Credit Assessor and Head of Lending Operations, where noteworthy achievements included implementing a comprehensive Credit Risk Framework. Paul's earlier career includes significant roles at Genworth and Commonwealth Bank, focusing on underwriting quality, compliance, and sales strategies. Educated at Heathcote High School, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the credit operations field.
