ProSpace began as the vision of a solo project manager determined to elevate
the construction landscape.

Founded in 2011 by a former banker turned entrepreneur, our journey started
with Starmode Furniture, supplying tailored furniture solutions to labor-intensive
industries and offices.

In 2014, ProSpace was officially established in Media City as a dedicated interior design and fit-out company. While all services were initially outsourced, we began
building in-house capabilities, starting with our design and authority approvals team.

By 2016–2017, we had established a dedicated joinery workshop in Al Quoz
and expanded our operations to include civil works, reducing our dependency on
third-party contractors.

In 2022, we consolidated our operations under one roof at Dubai Investment Park,
uniting design, fabrication, and execution for unmatched cohesion. This strategic
integration allowed us to take on larger, more complex projects, including villa
extensions and new builds.

In 2025, we upgraded our license to become a full contracting company, officially
capable of delivering G+2 structures. Today, ProSpace operates as a fully integrated firm with complete in-house capabilities spanning architectural, interior, MEP, structural design and execution.
