Michell Randolph

Michell Randolph has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and emergency services. Currently serving as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Cody Pools, Inc. since January 2019, Michell has previously held roles within the company as Sales and Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, managing incoming leads and phone calls. Prior experience includes a position as a Substitute Teacher at Round Rock Independent School District and a decade-long tenure as a 911 Dispatcher for the City of Westland, where responsibilities involved dispatching emergency services and assessing caller needs. Michell also served as an Emergency Services Dispatcher for the City of Wayne, further developing skills in emergency response coordination. Michell holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management from Jacksonville State University and a high school diploma from Divine Child High School.
