Johnna Weary

Johnna Weary has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations, where they have held various marketing and management positions. Johnna started their career as an Online Marketing Consultant at JMH Consulting, Inc. in 2008 and progressed to roles such as Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing until 2018.

Johnna then worked at EducationDynamics from 2018 to 2023, where they held various leadership positions such as Director of Marketing and Senior Director of Marketing Services and Marketing & Operations. At EducationDynamics, Johnna played a crucial role in the company's revenue growth through effective multi-channel marketing strategies and by improving business processes across functional teams.

Currently, Johnna serves as COO and SVP of Partnerships at ProspectCloud and is responsible for creating alignment between people, processes, and technology, identifying new and better ways to innovate and serve partners, and ensuring delivery of a quality product on an efficient timeline. Furthermore, they support learning experiences across the industry.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Johnna also worked as an instructor at California State University, Long Beach, in 2014.

Johnna Weary graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Language and Culture, as well as in Dance and Movement Studies. Johnna later completed their Master of Fine Arts in Dance at California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, they obtained a Google Adwords certification from Google in April 2015, a Life Coach certification from the Life Purpose Institute in December 2020, and an Introduction to Prompt Engineering for Generative AI certification from LinkedIn in May 2023.
