Prospectus is the outplacement platform reinventing how
companies support displaced employees — without losing the human
element that makes career transition work.

Losing a job is one of the hardest moments in someone's life. It
deserves better than the 2005-era outplacement model: opaque,
overpriced, and optimized for the provider, not the person.
Prospectus rebuilds the category from scratch — pairing AI-powered
career direction with human coaching, real-time sentiment
monitoring, and transparent outcomes — at a lower cost than
incumbents.

What we deliver:
• Career direction in under an hour (vs. the 4–6 week
  discovery lag of legacy providers)
• Human coaches on demand, when the moment calls for one
• Real-time sentiment monitoring so HR sees risk before it becomes
  a Glassdoor review
• Transparent, outcomes-based pricing
• Measurable ROI dashboards for CHROs and talent leaders

We believe AI should handle what machines do best — speed, scale,
personalization — so human coaches can focus on what only humans
do well: empathy, judgment, and presence during a crisis.

Built for CHROs, VPs of Talent, and HR leaders at enterprise and
upper mid-market companies.

Backed by LG NOVA, the corporate innovation arm of LG Electronics.
