Founded in 1999 by serial entrepreneurs who have led numerous companies funded vai abt and equity private placement offerings and have helped raise capital for multiple initiatives for consulting clients. Prospectus.com was created to give start-ups and later stage companies the ability to work with experienced securities attorneys, capital markets and investment industry veterans who are fluent in capital formation best practices and related documents required by institutional investors, HNW angel investors as well as relevant securities industry regulators.
In addition to deep domain knowledge and experience re: financial offering document and business plan preparation, our value proposition is embraced by a broad network of industry professionals who rely on our team to provide outsourced services for their respective corporate clients who are focused on raising capital and require proper documentation throughout the capital formation process.

Based in the heart of New York City’s financial district and with affiliated offices in the world’s major financial hubs, including in Hong Kong, London, Australia and Singapore, Prospectus.com is the premier public and private placement service firm worldwide.
