Since 1985, large corporates and institutions has been asked to evaluate their suppliers in the Prospera surveys. Every year we performed close to 6000 interviews across the Nordics and had more than 300 meetings to discuss Prospera reports with the senior leadership in the Nordic financial and legal industries. This will help them to improve client satisfaction going forward. While strict anonymity is guaranteed for all interviewees, we take it seriously to deliver unfiltered and constructive input.

Kantar's Prospera offering traces back to 1985 and offers a market leading product portfolio with a long track record and decades of experience from providing strategic advice to senior management. Primarily we work for investment banks, brokerage houses, commercial banks, financial institutions, asset and fund managers, private banks, financial advisors, private equity and law firms. We regularly undertake syndicated/benchmarking as well as customised analyses among a majority of the leading players within professional services in the Nordics.

The Prospera benchmarking surveys cover several areas of capital markets, investment banking, transactional banking, relationship management, asset & wealth management, operations & back office as well as commercial law services. Together with our clients we have built a solid survey model that vouches for relevance, continuity, transparency and independency and offer tools for improvement and development.
