Vipul Khosla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. From 2022, they have been working as the Head of Knowledge, Performance, and Learning at Prospera. Prior to this, they worked at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) from 2011 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Design and Evaluation Lead, Research and Analysis Lead, Research Manager, A/ Head, Pacific and the Mekong, and A/ Editor, ABC International. During their time at ABC, they were responsible for delivering insights and impact, designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation activities, and working on projects related to disaster management and information dissemination in times of crisis. Vipul also worked as a Community Liaison Officer at the Attorney-General's Department from 2016 to 2017. Before that, they were a Researcher at BBC World Service Trust/Media Action from 2008 to 2011, where they managed research teams across Asia and Africa and focused on media development projects and communication for development. Earlier in their career, Vipul worked in marketing and media management roles at GE Money, Initiative, and Insight Media.

Vipul Khosla began their education at Rosary Sr Sec School from 1983 to 1992. Following that, they attended St Michaels School from 1993 to 1998 for their high school education. Vipul then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Sri Venkateswar College from 1998 to 2001. Vipul furthered their studies by obtaining an MBA degree in International Business from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research between 2002 and 2004. Lastly, Vipul attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2007 to 2008, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Media and Communications.
