At Prosperity Housing Group we offer a 24-hour clinically led CQC registered Supported Living service for adults who are at a reduced level of risk, on a Section 117, Section 17 extended leave, CTO, informal, people with a forensic history. 
We specialise in recovery, 
To prevent people from being admitted to hospital;
Facilitate the transfer of inpatient to our Supported Living setting 
To reduce the risk of deterioration 
Care and support to remain independent in the community.
